Our Health Services

We strongly believe that β€˜food is medicine’ and that by eating the correct foods health can be improved and illnesses confronted.

We offer individual consultations to patients who would like to improve their health through changes in their eating habits. We have seen results in a variety of clients ranging from teens to 70’s and as everyone is unique everyone has to define their own conformable changes. Clare has a great understanding and empathy with her clients, which is why her supportive nature encourages clients to make the changes they need. Our Nutritional Therapy and Fitness Training are available online.

I contacted Clare to gain some fitness and we have worked together in a nutritional capacity where she also helped and advised me on how to change my eating habits. My goal was to lose some weight and make changes in my way of eating and exercising.

She prepared a fitness plan and we worked together in my home doing some cardio, resistance and flexibility exercises. Plus having nutritional meetings so that I could ask questions, gain further knowledge and discuss what changes I needed to do. It was very agreeable to work with Clare. She is a very good professional both in matter of food and exercises. She always adapted the β€œtreatment” to me and to my age of 70 !

I’m sure that the future β€œpatients” will find their way with her. She is always trying to look for the most convenient way for each one. I can recommend her warmly to anyone needing advice for feeling better.

Ben’s repertoire of food spans every continent and he is always eager to please the guests and give them an unforgettable dining experience. Ben has experience in a variety of specific dietary requirements including, ketogenic, paleo, plant based, wholefoods, ayuvedic, gluten-free, sugar-free and/or dairy-free. A chef for all tastes, with the clients food preferences the only priority.
